Event Management Plan

The event being planned is an eight-team basketball tournament. The tournament will take place over a three-day weekend, and will have both a winner’s and loser’s bracket so that each team is allotted three games. Therefore, there will be four games per day with start times ranging between 10am and 5:30pm.

The following document will outline every facet necessary for running a successful tournament, including: an event description, timeline of events, personnel needed, conduct of activities, facilities description, budget, emergency plans, game-day checklists/timelines, and tournament brackets and game times.
