Welcome!

I am an assistant professor in the School of Economics and Finance at Universidad EAFIT, Colombia. My research focuses on occupational choice and the return to skills in developed and developing countries. I also study the development of skills during early childhood.

I received my Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, where I was also a research assistant at the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies.
