J. CADIMA RIBEIRO 

José Cadima Ribeiro holds a Ph.D in Economics (University of Minho, Braga, Portugal, 1989). He is member of NIPE (Centre for Research in Economics and Management) and Full Professor (retired since August 30th, 2022) at the School of Economics and Management, University of Minho (Braga, Portugal), since 1997. His main research interests are: Regional Economics; Regional Planning; Tourism Economics; Heritage Tourism; Regional Development. He has presented papers in Portuguese and international conferences, and published several scientific papers in international and national journals, as well as books and book chapters. Along his academic and professional career, he has also been involved in a few territorial planning projects.
