I am a professor at the Department of Computer Science, University of the Philippines Diliman. I recently led Vehicle-to-Everything Technology (V2X) Initiatives for Road Safety (VIROS), an ITS project funded by DOST PCIEERD. Currently, I am working with undergraduate and graduate advisees on

• Seismic Data Analysis

• Gaze-based Psychometry

• LocalSim 2.5D - Incorporating terrains in traffic simulation

• Anomaly Detection in Data Management Pipelines

• Affective Ising Model studies of Emotion

I am also interested in studying brain and mental health disorders, environment- and weather-driven epidemiological modeling and simulation, and computational social science.
