I'm an economics PhD candidate at the London School of Economics. My primary field is Industrial Organization, where my research focuses on flexible estimation using principles of mechanism design.
I hold a B.A. in Economics and Latin from Hillsdale College. I enjoyed competing in mock trial, serving in our chapter of the music fraternity Phi Mu Alpha, researching in the college president's office, singing in the college choir, and studying in the Honors Program. Even more than the varied experiences offered by a small but rigorous liberal arts college, I benefited from studying a multitude of disciplines in a unified environment, allowing me to pursue multidisciplinary research questions, such as the pre-Smith understanding of price formation and market justice in the School of Salamanca.
