Principal Investigator
JAYEETA LAHIRI
Dr. Jayeeta Lahiri completed her PhD in Physics from Department of Physics, University of South Florida, Tampa, USA in 2010. Then she worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at Center of Functional Nanomaterial, Brookhaven National Laboratory, New York from 2010-2012.She was employed as a postdoctoral research fellow at Graphene Research Center, National University of Singapore, Singapore from 2012-2013. She worked briefly at Department of Physics, IIT Guwahati before joining University of Hyderabad in 2014. She joined Banaras Hindu University in September 2020. She has received Ramanujan Fellowship from SERB.

NARESH SHAYAGA
Naresh completed his master's program from University of Hyderabad in June 2015. He joined Dr. Lahiri's research group in September 2015. His research is focused on synthesis and functionalization of carbon nanomaterials.

NURUL HASSAN
Nurul completed his master's program from University of Hyderabad in June 2017. He joined research Dr. Lahiri's research group in August 2017.His research is focused on synthesis and characterization of graphene-BN heterostructures.

SUNIL KUMAR
Sunil completed his master's program from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya in 2019. He joined research Dr. Lahiri's research group in September 2021. His research is focused on HBN film for Nanoelectronics application.

NILANJAN BASU
Nilanjan completed his Ph.D. program at the University of Hyderabad in June 2021. He joined Dr. Lahiri's research group in September 2015. His Ph.D. research was focused on the synthesis, and characterization of ultra-thin hexagonal BN films using reactive rf sputtering and chemical vapor deposition.
