I love trying new and interesting cuisines from traditional, ethnic, popular, to the newest of new foods. Life is too short to eat the same thing every day.
Martial Arts: I enjoy all forms of martial arts, from the modern martial arts of boxing and wrestling to the various cultural martial arts of the Far East. I avoid things that are painful so I do light contact only.
Table Tennis: This fast-paced racquet sport trains fast reactions, sharp judgement, and explosive movements. Fun to play, and can be physically challenging depending on how one plays it.
Weightlifting: I have learned much about fitness from weightlifting. There is this difficult to describe sense of accomplishment that arises about from picking up heavy things.
Trail Running: Running is fun. Going places is funner. Running to try out a new-fangled tasty retaurant is funnest.
