My journey into the fitness industry did not begin until I was over 30 years old... In 2012, my father needed open heart surgery, and in 2013, my mother required the same. Heart disease was now on both sides of my family medical history, and I was overweight. I knew I had to do something.

I changed my eating habits, and began to study all that I could about exercise, taking classes, courses and certifications. From 2013 to 2015, I lost 75 pounds. It wasn't easy, but I decided that I would devote my time and energy to helping others struggling with similar challenges; to help them reach their goals...

Working with clients who want to lose / manage their weight, to improve their physical capabilities, conditions, confidence and quality of life...

To increase fitness and athletic performance levels of those who desire to achieve greater strength, stamina and speed.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Human Movement, Fitness & Performance Specialist, I encourage and educate others, so that they can Be Strong, Be Fit, and Be Well.
