I am a Professor of Econometrics at the University of Konstanz. I work in microeconometrics, both theory and applications in health and labor economics. I received a Leverhulme Trust Mid-Career Research Fellowship and I am a PI in the Cluster of Excellence "The Politics of Inequality".

Previously, I was a lecturer at Newcastle University Business School, an assistant professor at the University of Bonn and a Postdoc at the University of Mannheim. I studied at Humboldt University in Berlin and received my Ph.D. from the University of Aarhus.
