Hi ,
I just got an email from my brother with baby pictures of me from 1855,
How would you feel if you lost them, because the hard drive broke or crooks encrypted them?
A lot of my customers have lost data or it got encrypted by crooks.
I am able to make backups for your important files via the internet.
The documents/pictures and what else you like to back up will go on a drive just for you (and for safety copied onto a different drive, kept at a different location).
You could use Microsoft one drive, drop box or an external drive instead but if your computer gets encrypted, destroyed or stolen you would need all your passwords etc to get the data back from a company where you are just a number.
The other advantage is that I can come over with the hard drive and replace the data onto your new computer in short time, instead of many hours over the internet.
You don’t want to lose important documents or pictures of loved ones.
The cost of the backups I can let you know, once I see how many documents and pictures you have and establish the speed of your connection.

7. Put all your reminders on your calendar in the computer and a minute later it can be on your mobile phone

wireless internet (+phone if you need a home phone)is here, just as fast ( in Vic 200 Mbps possible)

Most people use a computer for only a few things but like to learn more

You can go to seniors on the net.
They are good but with many people progress is slow and may not always concentrate on your questions, very affordable

You could go the TAFE, again many people and you must fit in with their schedule. the cost is reasonable.

I could teach you. We talk on the phone, you see what I do on your computer and you repeat my actions until you got it or are unconscious ($33.00 per 1/2 hour)

In the bedroom I put an adaptor, now when I say " Ok Google - lights out guess what happens?
As you advance and your house needs items replaced make sure they work with google home (lights, aircon, front door lock, even your smart TV
You could use Alexa or Siri (maybe others) but lets face it, if you look for something, you GOOGLE!
