Teaching

As of October 2015 I'm the lecturer in charge of course 'Statistiek I' (in Dutch) given to first year students of the programmes Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Educational Sciences and Master of Science in Social Work and Social Welfare Studies. As of October 2019 I'm also the lecturer in charge of the course 'Principles of Statistical Data Analysis' in the advanced Master of Statistical Data Analysis.

From 2016 to 2018 I was the lecturer in charger of the first semester course 'Categorical Data Analysis' in the advanced Master of Statistical Data Analysis. During that period, I was also co-lecturer of the course 'Statistical Modelling' in the same program.

From 2013 to 2015 I was the lecturer-in-charge of 'Statistical Topics in Food Technology' and 'Experimental design'.

From 2007 to 2013 I was a teaching assistant and my teaching duties mainly consisted of giving PC-practicals to groups of at most 50 students on how to analyse data using software programs (mainly R and S-Plus and occasionally SPSS).

On December 5-6, 2013 I have been teaching a two-day basic course in Statistical Data Analysis as a part of a PhD winter course in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
