Other Teaching

English Language Teaching

I have accumulated more than four years experience teaching English as a foreign language in China, Spain, the UK and Australia. While not directly relevant to the teaching of economics I believe that this experience has improved my ability as a communicator and instructor. Clearly, this training directly aids in the instruction of students who do not speak English as their first language. Moreover, it has also sensitised me to a large variety of national idiosyncrasies in the learning expectations and requirements of students from across the world.
