Collaborative Personal or Organizational Consulting
My approach to consulting with individuals and organizations is to conduct a client-centered assessment including the whole system (people, processs, and product) before making decisions about what I think they need. After the assessment I provide feedback and a proposal for how I can satisfy the group's (person's) objectives for the consulting. The consultation follows a general consulting model, including:
assessing issues, needs, goals, and resources
planning specific work tasks
developing timelines and deliverables
reporting results
evaluating progress and final project
