Jack Nowicki, LCSW is a *licensed clinical social worker & approved supervisor in the state of Texas (# 05810). Questions about consumers' rights may be addressed to Mr. Nowicki and/or to the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners at 800/232-3162. Mr. Nowicki is a member of the National Assn. of Social Workers (NASW) and carries the required liability insurance through American Professional Agency.
Mr. Nowicki received his Master's of Science in Social Work (MSSW) degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in July of 1979.
