About Me

I am a mathematician in the Interacting Random Systems group at the Weierstrass Institute in Berlin. I am involved with the SPP226 DFG priority programme on Random Geometric Systems.

Research Interests

I'm interested in probability theory and combinatorics, in particular, the study of random discrete structures.

This area of mathematics often involves the rigorous analysis of models arising in the more applied literature, motivated by problems in diverse areas; from disease propagation and rumour spreading in complex networks to natural selection in biological populations. Research into these topics provides a more intricate understanding of the associated scientific models, and consequentially, the global issues which they address.

Short Bio

I completed my PhD at the University of Birmingham in 2021, supervised by Nikolaos Fountoulakis and co-supervised by Richard Mycroft

Previously, I graduated from the Bachelor of Philosophy-(Science) program at the Australian National University in 2016, with First Class Honours in Mathematics. My thesis was supervised by Brendan McKay, and co-supervised by Kim Morrison
