Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines

The extended abstract should provide enough details so that the Technical Program Committee can evaluate the quality of the paper.

An extended abstract is expected to include the following details:

• Proposed paper title
• Name, affiliation, phone number, mailing address and email address for all authors
• An introduction that specifies the context and motivation of the submission
• A clear description of the specific contributions of your work
• Abstract length of up to 9000 characters (up to two A4 pages) in plain text
• Up to three references can be included in the list of literature
• No figures are allowed in text

Authors of accepted papers are required to participate in the poster session and present their posters.

Poster Instructions

The maximum poster size is A0 in portrait (not landscape) orientation.

Posters (and presentations) authored by the DATACROSS project team members should be prepared using the poster template , which acknowledges the DATACROSS project.

Poster mounting adhesive tape will be provided by the organizer.
