Benchmark dataset for Glioma biomarker analysis

We create a unified benchmark data repository containing WSI images and corresponding biomarker data by merging WSI data from The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) with biomarker data from the Genomic Data Commons (GDC) of each patient. We anticipate that this benchmark will prove advantageous for investigating various biomarker predictions related to glioma.
