· Developing high frequency macro-econometric forecasting methodology for estimating economic growth and other leading indicators

o Seminal work on establishing macroeconomic forecasting methodologies to estimate the Indian economic growth by using the current quarter model (CQM). It was a part of the research project housed at the Economics Department, University of Pennsylvania under the supervision of Nobel Laureate Professor Lawrence R. Klein

· Policy analysis of recovery strategies of recent global economic crisis

· Designing capacity development programs including training modules on trade analysis, tariff policy simulation and WTO negotiation process for government officials, private sector and academia

· Project management (budget preparation, strategic work planning, supervision of national consultants, evaluation and national/regional workshops) experience in over a dozen countries

· Policy dialogue and knowledge sharing with governments and stakeholders

· Research networking experience with leading universities, think tanks, private sectors and development partners

· Managing junior economists, research assistants, research interns; collaborative work with about 30 international & national consultants

· Research and teaching background in international economics, finance, econometric & forecasting modeling
