The rules for providing house on rent are as follows:
- It will be the responsibility of the unit owner to get the police verification done of the tenant and submit the same to the society office. Unless this is done society may not not allow the tenant to enter the society premises. The format of police verification form. If the owner does not complete this legal formality the society will intimate the issue to the police that society does not have any information about of the tenants staying in these units.
- It will be the responsibility of the unit holders to settle between him and the tenant as to who will bear the monthly society maintenance charges. If the tenant fails to pay the maintenance the same will be treated as pending dues against the unit owner and will be recovered as per the society rules.
- The units can not be given on rent to companies to be used as company guest house or any other similar purpose.
- The unit owner will be responsible for any misconduct on the part of tenant. If GC decides that presence of a particular tenant (because of his conduct or any other reason) is not acceptable then the owner will have to ensure that the tenant vacates the unit within the specified time. Society will not be party to any legal issues between the unit owner and the tenant.
- The tenant are entitled to take part in all cultural activities on non-discriminatory basis as long as society dues are being paid in time.
