Iscon Greens is a top-end society (Estd 2010) situated in Ghuma and is around 4 Km from the Bopal circle. The society has 182 duplex bungalows in Twin Bungalows style. The society has a very good mix of members ranging from young couples to retired couples and businessmen to government officials.

But what differentiate the society from others society is its vibrancy. Every few months there is some group activity like celebration of Republic day, Independence day, Navratri, Ganesh Puja, New year party, summer fair etc. Members are very supportive and there is wholehearted participation from all the members in any event.The society has around 40-50 children spread in all age groups which keep society buzzing every evening.

The society has one of the best amenities in its class. The society has three fairly big lawns which are used quite often for both society functions as well as personal functions of the members. In addition there is a hall with a capacity of 200 persons. The society has excellent facilities for playing. It has got an open badminton court, TT table, gymnasium , snooker , a medium size swimming pool, children play area etc. Just as an icing on the cake, the society also has a temple housed inside the campus and celebrates all major religious functions.

Another big differentiating factor of the society is its management. It is in true sense transparent, democratic and participative; and has strived to develop a system rather than being dominated by individuals.It has amended its constitution to ensure equal representation from all the blocks and also holds the elections regularly. It has got a group mail where all the member can freely exchange their views and opinions without any restriction. It maintains its account in Tally, which is the most acclaimed accounting software, there by maintains complete transparency in financial managements. It has very successfully evolved a referendum mechanism to decide contentious issues.

The society is properly secured with boundary wall and round coils. Security personnel are on move 24X7.

True to its name, the society is also very green. Trees have been planted at every possible place in the society. The tree density is so good that the society has become a favorite place for birds.

There are many members who came as tenants but never left the society. They liked the society so much that they bought a house here !!!

Though this website ( www.iscongreens.com ) is created mainly for Iscon Greens Society members but there is lot of information for other prospective buyers or tenants also.Members can find all the important notices, circulars, documents, MOM's etc on this site. It may be noted that some of the documents are visible only to members of Iscon Greens group mail. Any IG member can request to join the group. This group mail is also regularly used for official or semi official communication between members.
