I am an assistant professor at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. I was advised by Prof. W. Bruce Croft during my Ph.D. study at the Center for Intelligent Information Retrieval (CIIR), College of Information and Computer Sciences, University of Massachusetts Amherst. My research mainly focuses on interactive information retrieval with user feedback. I also have four years of industry experience, working as a senior research engineer on the learning-to-rank team at Baidu Inc. for three years and as an applied scientist on the email search team at Microsoft for one year.
