The survey season continues at a rapid pace, we now have results for both the Haseley Manor and Hersey Nature reserves completed and are now starting to cover the Forestry Commission England estates. Both Haseley Manor and Hersey Nature reserve have revealed some intensive areas of bat activity and each reserve has a unique bat signature. My thanks go out to Anthony Roberts and Jo King for permission to survey these two areas of interest. We now also have formal permission to survey the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust reserves and will be scheduling these over August.
