Built in 2004, this family-style 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Maile villa offers over 3,000 sqft of living space in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort. The Maile villa is two stories with a large open floor plan decorated in a Bali flair. The gourmet center-island kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and an indoor dining area. Fully retractable sliding doors open to the 375 sqft covered deck which overlooks the fairways with an outdoor dining table and a built-in wet bar, under-counter refrigerator and gas grill. The open living room has comfortable seating and an entertainment center with a DVD player.

The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed with a TV and DVD player. Two more spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs along with a fully-equipped laundry room. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom is furnished with one king bed. Both of the downstairs bedrooms have televisions as well as sliding doors that open to a private garden lanai space. All of the bedrooms are carpeted and include large walk-in closets. The luxurious bathrooms have natural stone and granite throughout. The master and downstairs bedroom bathroom have separate soaking tubs and showers while the third bathroom has an open tile shower. There is also a half bath located upstairs accessible by the common areas. Climate controlled air conditioning and free wireless internet are available throughout the villa. Parking for 2 cars maximum are allowed in the units driveway (no garage access).

Guests will also have free access to the Villages Amenity Center.
