Introduction

Shikhar Institute is a coaching center which started with only one subject i.e. Math by Founder and Chairman Sudeep Naru in the year 2004 just after passing his class XII in the year 2003. His style of teaching and his enjoyment while teaching made him popular face in the vicinity. At that early age he lacked management skill but with his growing age he learned a lot, developed management skill. His errors always inspired him to correct it and move ahead rather than discouragement. Today in the year 2013, Shikhar Institute provides coaching in more than 20 different subjects, all by experts and well known face in their domain areas. We have also started COMPETITION LEVEL PROGRAM and RECRUITMENT PROGRAMS, which aims to develop skills among our students to face COMPETITION like IIT - JEE / NDA /CDS and RECRUITMENT PROGRAMS for BANKING / SSC / RAILWAYS / LIC - ADO etc. We have also started TECHNICAL PROGRAMS which focuses on providing coaching on Computer Languages. For students of COMMERCE we have started Classes for CA - CPT / CA - IPCC and CA - FINAL and CS - FOUNDATION / CS - EXECUTIVE and CS - FINAL, all classes by EXPERTS from their respective fields.

It is well known fact that to achieve something you have to be in discipline as well you have to enjoy that. Culture and tradition at Shikhar has achieved lots of success by this way. We keep our students interested in the concerned SUBJECTS by giving them examples from practical life, moreover we keep strict discipline so that we (Students + Us) enjoy success. We have WEEKLY TESTS SYSTEM(AIM) that monitors the progress of the students. We use different Mathematical tools to analyze the behavior of the students and then we organize separate classes for the ones who have not got the proper grip over the topic. After completion of each chapter or topic we provide our study material for revision known as FINAL TOUCH which is designed by professionals in our Institute after thorough study.
