BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

1. The maximum class size is 8 students per class unless otherwise stated. The class will be cancelled if less than 5 registered students.

2. Classroom location is at 2626 Dewdney Ave East, unless otherwise noted.

3. Absolutely NO Siblings in the classroom unless they are registered. Please arrange your child care accordingly.

4. Teacher may ask parents to stay with the student in the classroom in certain circumstances.

Class Name: Chinese Language Arts (age

任课老师：闫老师/师老师

Class Description:在当前的数字化时代，编程已成为除了数学和阅读之外的一项基本技能。而当前的学校教学大纲并不能与时俱进，跟上时代步伐，为了弥补这个缺口，本课程为不同年龄段的学生提供编程基础知识教育。学生需要准备笔记本电脑上课。

课程名称：舞蹈 （在下半学期1-5月可能会有演出机会，费用包括演出服装及彩排费用。额外的舞蹈练习时间有可能会在周日下午，请家长提前安排。）

Class Description: Focusing on practicing the balance and coordination of children's body. Potential performing opportunities from January until early June. Performing time, costumes and rehearsal cost is included in the paid class fee.

Class Description: Science for young kids could be boring. Let the bigger kids bring the science to the younger kids from a 'kid's' perspective, and, the most important, have fun!

Class Description: This class is the preparatory class for the violin class and dance class, focusing on the beat and basic theory of the music. Children will also explorer different type of instruments by listening to the sound.

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Course Policy:

¹ Registration Fee for 2017-2018 school year is $10 per student. Payable once a year. Registration Fee can not be discounted and not refundable.

² Material Fee has been included unless otherwise noted.

³ Course Fees:

- are per session (10 lessons) unless otherwise noted.

- are NOT refundable after the second class of each session.

- are NOT due until 30 days prior to the start date of each session.

⁴ Family Discount (for all the siblings in a family in one registration excluding free courses) is available ONLY if fees are paid within 14 days upon your receipt of invoice. The number of courses that are counted towards the discount only applies to one invoice and can NOT be accumulated between invoices even those invoices are for the same family members.

1-2 course - no discount;

3-5 courses - 5% off total course fees;

6+ courses - 10% off total course fees;

⁵ All fees must be paid by cash or cheque payable to Inspiring Talents Youth Association Inc within 14 days upon the reception of the invoice. Late payment may loss your spot if other students are on the waiting list.

⁶ NFS fee charge $40.00 per transaction

⁷ Missing classes are NOT refundable. A missing class may be rescheduled only if another class is available for the same course.

⁸ Refund will be issued If a class is cancelled due to teacher or organizer's reason AND this class will not be reschedule on a later date.

⁹ This policy will be reviewed annually and subject to change without notice.
