RESEARCH INTERESTS
The Nutrition Metabolism and Disease Prevention laboratory identify metabolic targets in aging/metabolic-associated diseases. We also investigate the molecular mechanism by which dietary bioactive components on the prevention of diseases by using in vitro/in vivo models.
