Privacy Policy.

The ‘SmartHome Security’ application (the “App”) collects non-personal information and data from some sensors of your Android device in order to provide functionality.

Your privacy is a top priority, and this Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your information. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the App.

The Information the App Collects.

• Geolocation.

  • The App collects your location information through GPS, Wi-Fi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing its service. The App maintains location information only so long as is reasonable to provide the service and then destroys the location data.

  • Camera information.

  • If the camera permission granted by you, the App collects pictures by your remote request only if you use your own Google account. The App maintains these pictures only so long as is reasonable to provide the service and then destroys them.

  • Audio information.

  • If the record audio permission granted by you, the App can record audio by your remote request only if you use your own Google account. The App maintains these records only so long as is reasonable to provide the service and then destroys them.

• Account and other personal information.

  • The App DOES NOT recognize or save your account information, such as your e-mail and password.

  • The App only detects whether you have a Google account linked with the device in order to have access to your Google Drive service and provide you with the upload and download functionality.

  • The App DOES NOT ask your e-mail and password as well as any personal information.

  • The App DOES NOT collect any personal information, such as your name, birth date, email address, home address, mobile phone number, accounts, etc.

• Non-personal information.

  • The App may collect non-personal technical information like unique device ID in order to provide better service and a better user experience.

Your Opt-out Rights.

You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application market place or network.

Sharing of Your Information.

The App DOES NOT share your location and audio/visual information with third parties, except your own Google Drive service associated with your own Google account.

Protect Your Information.

The App may get some information from sensors of your device (such as geolocation and audio/visual) and keep it inside the device only so long as is reasonable to provide the service and then destroy it.

The App DOES NOT get any other personal information.

Children’s Privacy.

The App DOES NOT knowingly solicit or collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to the Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy can be changed from time to time, any and all changes will be reflected here and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy, so please review it periodically.
