Currently, presentations are either in Picasa web albums or Google Doc Presentations. For those presentations in Google Docs you can download them as Powerpoint presentations from the links given below. Once you click on the link it will take you to Google Docs, then click on "View" and when you see the presentation you click "Actions" on the bottom of the screen, then on the pop-up click "Download as PPT"
You can also see the speaker notes online by clicking on View>Action>Show speaker notes
The pop-up is shown on the bottom of the image below:
The speaker notes are on the left hand side in the image below. On the right hand side is a chat box that can be used to discuss the presentation with others.
