Members can offset a portion of their annual dues each year by getting credit for completing work obligations. Work credits are typically earned by assisting with opening, closing, maintenance activities (e.g. mowing, repairs, trimming shrubs). The Board does frequently identify other work needs and places a call to members via email to fulfill them. Members are encouraged to verify their work obligations with the responsible board member(s) shortly after completion.

LAWN MOWING
Seasonal lawn mowing begins in April and continues through October. Mowing occurs weekly on Thursdays during the swim season and every other week before and after the swim season. We ask members to mow on Thursdays so that the clippings are collected in the yard waste pickup on Friday. Two mowing dates counts toward one work obligation.
Mowing Tasks:
Mow both grassy areas.
Trim next to change room, fenced heaters, and fenced propane tank.
Place unbagged grass clippings in yard waste can.
Members can sign up for a lawn mowing using the sign up genius for all open mowing shifts (click on the attached link) https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040845AEA92CA0FE3-56822369-lawn or contact the board member responsible for grounds maintenance. Members can sign up for lawn mowing during key exchanges. Below is the link for those who signed up. Contact isscboard@gmail.com if interested in helping out for other tasks during the pool season.
