No longer functional: Handmade Custom Underwater Camera Housings Uwe Kiehl, Germany (the only housing for the Dynax 9xi, around 1993). Uwe was a German Police Motorcyclist who had a high speed crash into a flint church wall. He suffered severe pelvic injuries and had to retire from the force. Uwe then started to design and build underwater housings for cameras and other equipment like ECK/EKG machines. He built the housing for my Minolta Dynax 9xi, 35mm camera and a macro port for a Minolta ringflash. I never forget him driving me on the autobahn in a 5 series BMW to a dive shop in Frankfurt at pursuit speeds. We got overrtaken by one of his motorcycle colleagues at something like 260km/h
