Photos do not do this apartment justice! This is a one bedroom upstairs apartment that faces the front of the Avenue E and there is a lot of natural lighting in kitchen & living room. The wooden staircase is the original staircase from the Victorian home and it is the entryway to your front door. I think this apartment is one of my favorites because of all of the natural lighting and the higher ceilings.

This is a one bedroom apartment with one bathroom that includes the stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Coin operated laundry is located in the basement of the apartment complex and is shared by two other tenants. Landlord pays water and gas; tenant is responsible for electric and cable/internet. Please note that all of our apartments are unfurnished.

First month's rent and the security deposit are required along with passing the background check. No pets and no smoking. Lease agreement of 1 year is required.
