Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Prices
$5 per day
$15 per week
$29 per month
Non-members can work out for $7 per visit
Payment Options: We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, Silver & Fit and Active & Fit. Call your insurance company to see if they reimburse fitness costs
