Recommendation Letter Policy

I can write recommendation letters if:

(a) you meet at least one of the following conditions:

• You have taken at least one graduate-level course with me and earned credits.

• You have attended my undergraduate or graduate seminar for more than one semester.

• You have worked as my research assistant.

• You have co-authored a research paper with me.

and

(b) I can submit the letter directly to the institutions to which you are applying.

To ensure I have sufficient time to prepare the letter, please contact me at least three weeks before the application deadline.

推薦状について

以下の (a)、(b) の条件を満たす場合に限り、推薦状を書くことができます。

(a) 次のいずれかに該当すること。

• 私 (小椋) が担当する大学院レベルの講義を1科目以上履修し、単位を取得していること。

• 私が担当する学部または大学院の演習に1学期以上参加していること。

• 私の研究室でRAとして勤務した経験があること。

• 私と共同研究を行った経験があること。

(b) 推薦状を提出先に私から直接提出できること。

なお、推薦状の作成には準備期間を要するため、提出締切日の3週間前までにご連絡ください。
