In this unit we wiil study the main steps we should follow to design a new product or service.
But... Do you know the difference between product and service?
A product is something that, once you buy it, you have it. A pencil is a product.
A service is something that only lasts as long as someone is doing something for you. Education is a service.
We can resume the main steps as following:
Identify the problem (and its restrictions)
Research and create ideas (and select one of them)

Evaluate
Write the report
