One of the most valuable things in a human life is good health. A good health can be achieved by simple life style such as a good night sleep, enough exercise and good nutrition. Human spend one third of their life sleep. However, the sleeping habit is changing especially in teenagers and adult. For example, the sleeping duration is reducing. The exercise habit and nutrition are also factors to good sleep that can lead to good health. Many research have shown that If people do not sleep or exercise enough, many health problems can occur such as GERD, Alzheimer's Disease , Hearth Disease, Sleep Apnea , Insomnia and Furthermore, the daily working life can be affected such as (sleeping in the classroom or in the office) and long-term health problems .

In the competitive work environment, nowadays, it is not easy for many people to manage their sleeping and exercise habits. With busy work and personal life schedules, many people indulge themselves to a bad sleeping habit such as sleeping very late or waking up very late. Exercise habit and nutrition also have direct impact to a good sleeping. Thus, a system that can automatically record personal information, produce a warning, and give personal advice to its owner in order to maintain a good sleeping, good exercise habits and a good nutrition, will be a good and suitable device to solve this problem. The benefit of such device is to help people adjust their sleep, exercise habits and nutrition without a need of a deep medical knowledge or wasting too much time.

A smart-phone is a good candidate for carrying such tasks. Currently, a smart-phone has many features similar or close to a personal computer. Nowadays, a phone becomes part of a human life due to its lower cost, its portability and its capability. Furthermore, a current smart-phone includes a lot of sensors such as an accelerometer, a microphone and a light sensor. These features make a smart-phone be a suitable device for monitoring, following up and providing an advice on sleeping time and exercise time.

This project aims to develop a system that has a capability (1) to monitor and record the human sleep, exercise habits and nutrition; (2) to analyze the collected data in order to provide a valuable advice via a notification; and (3) to present the analysis result in a format that is easy to understand without the need of a deep medical knowledge. This system should work on a smart-phone. The rest of this document is organized as follows. The objective, benefits and the scope of this project is explained in the next section. Section 2 shows concepts and related works. Section 3 provides the preliminary methodology on how to monitor, record, analyze, notify and produce a report. Finally, Section 4 gives the plan of actions for the rest of this project.
