2021 - Board Member Elections

This year two officer positions will be voted on: Vice President and Treasurer. Please consider our Call for Nominations, read the duties of each position quoted from Article VI- Duties of Officers in our Bylaws below to vote yourself or another voting member to this position.

Section 2 - Duties of Vice President

The Vice-President shall serve in the absence of the President. S/he shall succeed to the office of President should that office became vacant prior to the expiration of the term of office of the President. In addition, the Vice President shall perform all duties as assigned by the President and approved by the Board of Directors.

Section 4 - Duties of the Treasurer

The Treasurer shall ensure that accurate financial records are kept and maintained, and reports are made at each Board meeting, and an audit is performed annually. This position may be combined with that of Secretary.
