Research Interests
My research lies at the intersection of international trade—particularly multinational production—and economic growth and public policies. My long-term agenda focuses on using microdata to model and identify the responses of individual firms and households to policies, and on examining how these responses affect policy evaluation in general equilibrium frameworks.
I am interested in methodologies that combine structural general equilibrium models with reduced-form causal inference. Recently, I have applied this approach to study optimal policies in trade and spatial economies.
