Submission Deadline: Tuesday, October 22nd, 23:59 EOD It is important to use the right file name format: Name your file according to your CMT PAPERNUMBER.mp4, using 4 digits, e.g 0002.mp4 https://www.dropbox.com/request/GAU2EF20mIkI2v62R9ZcPoster presentation instructions: Bring your poster to the workshop, it is the same size as for the main ICCV conference (see below).   Details:*** Instructions for spotlights *** Similar to the oral presentations at the main conference, ICCV 2019, all spotlights will be presented using pre-recorded (audio-free) video clips.  At the conference, the presenter will de liver an oral talk that corresponds to this video clip precisely. There will be no time for questions, but instead questions can be asked at the poster during the poster session.  Please upload the video to the following link by the deadline. https://www.dropbox.com/request/GAU2EF20mIkI2v62R9Zc Importantly, name your file PAPERNUMBER.mp4, using 4 digits, e.g 0002.mp4  We won’t show a transition slide between videos, so please include a title slide at the beginning of your video which you show for at least an additional 5 seconds which allows you to come on stage. You will also have to introduce yourself and the paper title.    Spotlight slides need to be converted to video. You will talk during the video just as you would with the slides. The difference is that the timing will be automatic and consistent. See http://cvpr2018.thecvf.com/submission/presenter_instructions for instructions on how to create a video. You might use Youtube or FFMPEG to convert formats. Alternatively, there are many free screen capture programs that directly produce proper MP4. For your reference, this pre-recorded video will be similar in format to that used in CVPR 2018, WACV 2019 and CVPR 2019, and you can find examples on Youtube (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NU-r_qhHP0).    Note: every paper will also be allocated a poster space, for which the instruction is given below.   *** Instructions for posters ***  It is the same size as for the main ICCV conference:  The physical dimensions of the poster stands that will be available this year are 1950mm (width) x 950mm (height). Please prepare your posters accordingly.   [Optional] If you want to use the poster printing service provided by ICCV note that the deadline is  Tuesday October 15th, 2019 (23:59 Pacific Time), see http://iccv2019.thecvf.com/submission/presentation
