I am a co-founder and CTO of a new and exciting startup in the intersection of Generative AI, Augmented Reality and Marketing.
I have recieved my PhD in Computer Science, under the supervision of Prof. Dan Feldman, at
the Robotics & Big Data Labs, Computer Science Department at the University of Haifa.
I am also a collaborator with the Geometric Image Processing (GIP) Lab at the Technion, under the supervision of Prof. Ron Kimmel.
My research interests are ML/DL, Computer Vision and Compression of Big Data (computing "Coresets" for big data).
Most of my work is focused on developing new approximation algorithms and "coresets" (a small weighted subset of the input data ) for known problems from the fields of Machine Learning (such as the k-means problem and its generalizations) and Computer Vision (for example problems that arise in SLAM systems).
Lately I have been taking interest in Deep Learning, mostly in the use of GANs for synthetic image generation (e.g., medical images), and 3D model synthesis (e.g., 3D face generation).
