July 1st through June 30 of the following year
NOTE: DUES CANNOT BE AVOIDED BY TRANSFER OF PROPERTY.
Annual Association Meeting
The last Sunday in April (TBA by Association Board)
Newsletter and dues notice are sent with announcement of the annual meeting (mailed by Association). It is the annual meeting which our bylaws require us to send notice to the membership at least two weeks prior to the meeting. Annual news letter states current year fees for vacant lots and lots with homes on them.
Payment of Annual Dues
July 1st of the current year
Non-Payment Notices
Mailed by the Association in September of the current year
Collection Notices
Once delinquent dues are turned over to the Association’s attorney, a further attorney fee will be added for their work on collecting your delinquent dues (mailed by Attorney). The initial fee has historically been $50 per late notice. This is set by the law firm and is subject to change.
Property Lein Prepared
December or January of current dues year
Once prepared, lien will be filed.
