This is the present status of our case, we are in very strong position of wining the Case, Our case is ordered to be listed for Final hearing now as per latest order dated 19 Jun 18 of Supreme Court Of India. All the benefit will be counted from the date 01/ 01/ 2006. Every Artificer who was holding the Artificer 3 rank as on 01 Jan 2006 and there after will be monetary benefited with more than Rs 1 lakh . More than the monetary benefit it is the matter of status, Pride, Self respect. So Friends stay together, support together and let us work together to WIN THE CASE.

11 May 13 Navy has not filed any SOC or reply, awaiting for date for hearing
11 JAN 13 supreme court gave last 8 weeks to N to file SOC and they will not be allowed to do in future see record of proceeding in SC
Oct 12 we are awaiting for date to be announced by registrar for hearing, lets pray and hope for an early date from SC

Hiiii… everybody…..
I am glad to inform you all that after a lot of hard work and efforts; consuming a lot of time and resources,
we are ready in all respect with our argument. Our case had been heard on 08 Aug 11 in the Supreme
court.
We got our Review Petition admitted and awaiting Registrar ot issue notice to Navy to come and
explain their point. Our petition also highlights the wrong references considered by the Armed Forces
Tribunal to give their judgment. Supreme Court has taken note in its order that Our Initial appointment as
CPO has been overlooked by AFT order.
Now, the most important thing, we all need to work in unison to collect money from all
(including those who already contributed). And its everyone’s responsibility to brief his shipmates,
batch-mates etc. and collect money. The expenditure per hearing is Rs. 40,000/- and the case will
be looked after by the advocates KG Bhagat and Vineet Bhagat. We all know what this case
and it’s result means to us, and to have the right outcome, we all need to play our part promptly.
