Habib Zitouna
I'm Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Tunis - University of Tunis El Manar, member of the Research Unit MASE (University of Carthage) and short-term consultant for the World Bank (Tunisia Office - Macroeconomic Trade and Investment).
I hold a PhD in International Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2004.
I was General Director of the Tunisian Institute of Competitiveness and Quantitative Studies (2014-2017) and Consultant for the "Tunisia-MCC COMPACT Development Project (2017-2020).
I published articles in different academic journals such as the Journal of International Economics, International Economics, Review of International Economics, Journal of Economics and Management Strategy, Applied Economics or the Journal of Economic Integration, I'm associate editor of the Transnational Corporations Journal (UNCTAD) and has participated to different consultations, studies, research projects for national, regional and international institutions.
