Welcome!

My interests span the areas of Bayesian statistics, time series analysis, spatial-temporal modeling, survival analysis, machine learning, data mining and their applications to problems in business analytics and big data. I am currently working as the Senior Staff Data Scientist and Director in Alibaba, Hangzhou. My team received the top award, Super AI Leader Award, of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2019; leading tech innovation team of Hangzhou city 2020; Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award 2020; First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Chinese Institute of Electronics 2021 and Forbes Chinese Tech Women Top 50 2022.

I am very honored to be elected as an Elected Member of the ISI in Dec, 2017!
