This site contains most of my musical compositions that were written for congregational use as well as a page dedicated exclusively to Vessel Made of Clay written for solo voice in 1997 and freely released in 2026 for use in worship services.
Some of these hymns were written years ago while I was completing a Master of Divinity degree and serving as prison chaplain. The stories of the men behind bars inspired my heart to write songs that could help move them to accept Love's welcome as demonstrated in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus.
No other story so powerfully proves unconditional love to the doubting human heart. Jesus is the perfect, unstoppable lover who bears all the abuse that we sinners can throw at Him and midst the pain and anguish of it all clings to the undying love of our Father thus bringing His love and forgiveness into the very core of the human heart where the "proof" of love is so intensely craved. On the cross, love's unrelenting energy battles through the anger, self-rejection and doubt that wrestle to block the despairing soul from "getting" the good news. When the embattled heart finally "gets it" the precious soul is no longer buried beneath guilt and self-rejection, but is resurrected to live in joyful union with one's Creator, self and the wider community.
I believe that our Father's love moves through all of creation to fulfill His purpose and his Holy Spirit, recognizing no boundaries, inspires whom and where He will. So somehow my heart was entrusted with these hymns to share with His people. Several of them have found their way into various published hymnals and anthems and others await to be discovered.
My prayer is that every singer will hear somewhere in these songs the proof of their priceless value, and that glad hearts will join together to "make a joyful noise" in Love's unending song. TTGOG

USAGE UPDATE:
While praying through the Lenten season of 2025, the Holy Spirit directed me to freely release these hymns so they could be sung to the glory of God in the live worship services of any worship community or church.
I am still a publisher with One License, but entrust the reporting option to the discretion of One License congregations. I am no longer affiliated with CCLI . I retain all copyrights.
During Lent 2026 I was led by the Spirit to release the solo piece Vessel Made of Clay for use in worship .
Please contact me personally for any uses of any of this music beyond a live /streamed worship service.
I am in the process of redoing all the old , original PDF files to omit usage reporting instructions that were included at the bottom of each page-so if you do find an old copy use freely.
Except for Vessel Made of Clay my compositions for solo, choir , my musicals, and poetry etc. are not on this site.
If you find this site helpful please share it as appropriate.
