How to apply

What happens after I have applied

We will confirm that we have received your application and let you know where you are on the waiting list. If we have not got back to you within 3 weeks of e-mailing us please try again.

When your name reaches the top of the list we will contact you and arrange for you to come and view the allotment.

If you are happy to take on the allotment the Secretary will send you a tenancy agreement along with a copy of the society's rules, byelaws and addendum to the bye-laws.

You sign the tenancy agreement and return it. Please see the "The tenancy agreement" page to see what this is.

We supply you with a key to the gate.

At this point you become a probationary member for a period of two years. Probationary members do not hold shares in the Association and cannot vote. Please note that probationary members are welcome to attend the AGM in a non-voting capacity.
