We are thankful to have authors that are committed to the Humboldt County community of readers.  Their time with us is filled with hard work and fellowship.  

One of the unique aspects of our festival is that it provides a time of collaboration for the authors. In a two day period, the authors visit at least 2 - 4 schools throughout Humboldt County. They tell their tales, perform music, teach chants, share their artistic talents and break bread with their school hosts.
