We have heard about differences between Hindu-Muslim, south-indian-north-indian, aryan-dravidian, etc., in india.

We have also heard about differences and clashes between Tamilian-Hindi culture, Gujarati-marathi culture, Bihari-Nepali culture, etc, etc.

But we never hear the same from the chinese side. Not until recently.

I began investigating why China doesn't have so many cultural differences, like india has. I thought if a country's history is rich, there should be stark cultural difference region to region. While India has shown them openly, I never hear it from the chinese side. Initially, I thought maybe because Chinese have controlled media, they dont bring these differences out. But after reading a few pages on wikipedia i got the answer.

India, in a way, is much more unique than china can ever be.
