RATES AND CONTRACT

Huckleberry Lodge is available by the week from late August  through Columbus Day.

 Check with owner for current rates.

Huckleberry Lodge Contract

_________________________________________will rent Huckleberry Lodge from 2pm___________________ through 11 am ____________________.  I can sometimes be flexible if arrival and departure times need to be altered.

A $300 damage deposit is required at time of reservation. Please send the check for the rental fee and the damage deposit, along with a signed copy of this contract and a self-addressed, stamped envelope for deposit return.

There will be no more than 4 adults occupying the cottage, and no pets. I ask any smokers not to smoke indoors.

The cottage phone is: 508-693-5481, and there is no charge for calls in the U.S. For other calls, please use your cell phone. 

I  provide a small gas grill. Renters agree not to use the wood stove.

Renters bring their own sheets and towels. If you can’t supply the correct sized sheets,, I will provide sheets for $40.

The upstairs bed is a king. Downstairs is a double (futon) and one twin.

Renters agree to do a thorough cleaning before leaving. The $250 damage deposit will be mailed within a week of the renters' departure, unless an adjustment must be made for damage or major cleaning.

Renters agree not to flush kleenex, baby wipes or feminine products; this will ruin our septic system.

Your rental deposit (minus the damage deposit) is your reservation. It is  not refundable, unless either you or I am able to find a replacement renter for your dates.
