This project has to do with the law of angular momentum.
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
The wheel has a angular momentum that is larger because
most of the wheels mass is centered at the rim of the wheel.
When you move the angular momentum it must meet an opposite
reaction due to the conservation of angular momentum.
you need :
1. a bicycle wheel
2. a peg for the wheel
3. some rope
4. a rotating chair
1. First you want to attach the pegs on the bicycle
2. Then you want to grab the wheel by the pegs
3. Then you sit on the spinny chair
4. Get someone to spin the wheel
5. Now tilt the wheel and you should spin in that direction
When you spin the wheel the angular momentum forces
the wheel to spin vertically.
