When dry ice touches the air it transform into carbon dioxide air which happens faster in waster than in air. helps the bubbles grow. Bubble’s worst enemies are oil and dirt But with out it bubbles will bounce freely. But when the dry ice bubble touches it the bubble will burst leaving a ghostly fog behind.
Instructions
Fill the jar half full with warm to hot water.
Safety
Always be sure to wear the proper safety equipment when holding dry ice. Because of its extreme temperatures ranging at -109.3°F or -78.5°C. You required to wear gloves when placing the ice into the container. If not you can freeze your skin cells and you can get injury similar to being burned.
when dealing with storag e be sure to place the dry ice into a insulted container,but don't leave it in a air tight container because if so the container could expand and possibly explode.

NEVER TOUCH IT
(If not already so) Attach the rubber hose to the side of the jar
Drop a few pieces of dry ice into the jar.
Squirt the liquid soap with about 4 ounces of water in the plastic container.
Dip the free end of the ru bber tub into the water solution to wet the end of the tube. Remove the tube from the water solution with one hand while covering the jar with the lid in the other hand.
When the bubbles reaches the size you want them to be
gently shake them off
When the bubble hits the towel, it bursts and the cloud of fog erupts from the bubble.
